What is the best time to plant?
Spring bloomers such as tulips, daffodils, and alliums should be planted in the fall (between September and November), ideally before the first frost. This gives them enough time to establish and develop strong roots to survive the winter and bloom beautifully in the spring. With the planting instructions from the growers, you can discover which month is the best planting time for each species.
How deep should spring bulbs be planted?
In general, spring bulbs should be planted at a depth of two to three times the height of the bulb itself. For most spring bulbs, this means planting them about 10-15 cm deep. Make sure to plant them with the pointed end up.

Spring bloomers in pots or in the open ground?
There are many types of spring bloomers, and they come in the most diverse shapes, colors, and heights. They do fantastically in the open ground, but also in flower pots. If you plant them in pots, make sure to provide adequate drainage holes and use a well-draining potting mix. Place the pots in a sunny location and water regularly during the growing season.
