You are allowed to return all products within 14 days with us, no matter the reason. We don't make a fuss about it. Therefore, the return policy you read here applies to all products in our shop.

The return policy in brief

• No matter the reason, you may return the order up to 14 days after receipt.

• The shipping costs for returning an order are not reimbursed by us.

• We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment fees) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the products, or until you have proven that you have sent them back.

The return conditions

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within a period of 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form (at the bottom of this page) for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of the withdrawal If you withdraw from the contract, you will be reimbursed all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You are in time if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you wish to cancel the purchase. However, the use of this form is not obligatory.
