How can I pay?

  • Credit card
    Easily pay with the trusted credit cards of both Visa and Mastercard. 
  • Paypal
    A transaction via PayPal is simple and quick, only a password and account are needed to complete the transaction. PayPal offers the option to link your bank account to a PayPal account. Through PayPal payments, your financial details are not disclosed to The Bulb Farmers. Please ensure you have funds in your PayPal account. Otherwise, the processing of the payment can take up to a week. There are no transaction fees associated with this payment method.  
  • iDeal
    Pay with iDEAL safely and quickly without extra transaction fees, from your own bank's program. Registration is not required to use iDeal. iDEAL accepts the following banks: ABN Amro, ASN Bank, ING, Rabobank, Knab, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, RegioBank, Triodos Bank, Van Lanschot Bankiers. 

What should I do if I have a complaint?

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receiving your complaint. 

If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can submit it to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

What warranty do I have?

For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.
