One of the most beautiful dinnerplate dahlias that were cultivated in France before 1969. In 2003, the Cafe Au Lait was introduced in the Netherlands. The name is well-chosen, exactly the color of a latte, creamy white to caramel, later leaning slightly towards apricot. No wonder the flower is often used in bridal bouquets and other floral arrangements.
